Thoughtful
This series of paintings is comprised of wooden shapes that reference thought bubbles and pop art. The painted shapes of wood become more of a sculptural object that move the paintings away from traditional picture space.
The work explores the concept of emotions and memories and asks how am emotion is translated into a visual image.
